"Who bills my customers?"
A: You do. We suggest you bill them every three months just like we bill you for their
accounts.
Q: "How much should I charge my customers for an
account?"
A: You set the price. We suggest that they be lower than our normal pricing for most
resellers.
Q: "How do I get setup to be able to process credit
cards?"
A: You must set up a merchant account with a bank or an agent of a credit card company.
Look in the phone book under Merchant Account or check with some local banks for a start.
Technical
Q: "What if I'm unable to answer all of my client's
questions?
A: We will be your technical support. Be sure to check the faqs and all other pages on our
site first, but if you can't find the answer to your question call or e-mail us.
Q: "Why won't my client know about Animus?"
A: The client only deals with you. You answer all of the clients questions as well as bill
them. In addition, our server names are not traceable directly to us (formysite.com). We
will never call or e-mail one of your clients.
