Frequently Asked Questions:

Why have you changed your name?

Animus Communications, Inc. was acquired two years ago by FullNet Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FULO) on April 1, 1998. FullNet is an ICP (Integrated Communications Provider) that desired a more complete hosting solution to complete their full range of internet services.

In reality, not much changed as a result of the acquisition. The company continues to offer high-quality services at competitive prices with superior customer support. The decision to change the name to FullWeb, Inc. was made recently, to better brand the FullNet Communications range of internet services.

What changes will I see?

Shortly we will be completing the transition and our new website will be launched. You will soon see FullWeb on your invoices and hear FullNet when calling in. Other than that, nothing will change. We will continue to do what we have always done best: meeting your every hosting need.

FullNet Communications provides dial-up access. Does this mean your servers are networked or linked to servers that provide dial-up access?

Absolutely not. Our servers have always been, and will always be, independent from any servers providing dial-up services. The FullWeb network is designed so there is always plenty of bandwidth dedicated to our web hosting clients and this will not be sacrificed to serve the needs of dial-up users. This design has been in place for two years and will continue after the name change.

When will all of this take effect?

We have legally completed the name change and you should already see differences on your invoices and when you call in. However, the change will not be fully completed until the new website is finished and launched.

Who do I send my check to?

You should make your check payable to FullWeb although we can still accept it if it is addressed to Animus. The mailing address remains the same.
